Spring 2013 Student Show
I’m happy to say I received my first award for Graphic Design. I received the Exhibition Announcement Graphic Design Award. The Student show takes place annually at UMD and all designers were asked to submit posters for the exhibition announcement. The top poster won me the award and the other two were extra designs I submitted using different concepts.
Working in the Graphic Design Department at the University of Minnesota Duluth Recreational Sports Outdoor Program (RSOP) has given me an opportunity to explore different design aesthetics. I've been communicating information via posters and banners to rushed college students who are being advertised to by thousands of messages a day. Displayed are my best successful explorations.
Art is my influence to me so it seems right to produce my own. Keep coming back to see what i've been up to.
